Shipping
Delivery is made via the postman or parcel deliverer of bPost, DPD, PostNL or Mondial Relay. If the parcel delivery driver offers it, you also have the choice of a pick-up point. Generally, delivery will be the second following working day between 9:00 and 18:00 if you are ordering from a neighbouring country of Belgium.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us first!
Packaging
IMPORTANT: Regarding shipping costs: these are calculated by default based on the (packed) weight of one item. When ordering multiple items, it may happen that the automatically calculated shipping costs are calculated too high (e.g. 4 plates can usually be packed in the same box as 1 plate, but the calculation is based on 4 separate boxes). Overcharged shipping costs will be returned by us.
Based on our experience, we strive to never ship more than max 10 to 15 kg per box. If you want to order multiple items and exceed this weight, that is not a problem, but we will have to divide your order over multiple packages. In that case, it is advisable to contact us first so that we can determine the correct shipping costs.
The option to choose shipping is automatically disabled once the total weight of the items exceeds 15 kg. In that case, you can only choose to collect via the webshop. We can change this later to shipping once it is clear whether one or more packages need to be sent. The (additional) shipping costs will then be charged afterwards.

Description
Royal Mosa, founded in 1883 by Hubert Gérard Louis (Louis I) Regout and his son Louis II Regout in Meerssen, now Maastricht, was the first Dutch porcelain factory. Initially the factory produced mainly Chinese imitation porcelain, but in 1888 also began producing ceramic wall tiles. Over the years, the company expanded its product range and modernized production processes, including the switch to pottery manufacture in 1932 in response to reduced demand for porcelain.
Over the years, Mosa had several owners and developments. In 1968, Mosa transformed from a family business to an open limited liability company. The company came under the Thyssen Bornemisza group in 1972 and later, in 1975, it became part of DSM. On the occasion of its 100th anniversary in 1983, Mosa received the designation "Royal. The factories in Maastricht produced five million square meters of wall and floor tiles in 2008, a significant portion of which was for export. Mosa, now one of the larger employers in Maastricht.
