Web shop software Woocommerce

Our online store is developed with software from WordPress and Woocommerce. Our online store uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Hostinger

We use the services of hosting provider Hostinger for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.

Payment processors

Mollie

To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.

Shipping and logistics

bPost, PostNL, DPD and Mondial

Rambling Rose leaves the choice of shipping to the customer with the standard choice from the webshop being PostNL, Mondial Relay, DPD or bPost, depending on country of destination. In consultation another delivery company can be chosen. To create a shipping label, Rambling Rose needs your address, e-mail and often your cell phone number (partly in connection with a track & trace option).

Cookies

Google Analytics

Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be required by applicable laws and regulations to provide access to this data. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
